DropPilot - Zambeel to Shopify
Scrape My Zambeel products in one click, preview what will import, then sync to your DropPilot dashboard and Shopify stores — with clear terms and privacy rules built for the extension.
Built for the Zambeel → Shopify route
The DropPilot Chrome extension is a companion to the DropPilot web dashboard. It lets you browse My Zambeel normally, then queue products for import without copy-pasting titles, images, variants, or prices by hand.
- One-click scrape of title, images, variants, and pricing
- Batch queue with live progress while products import
- Link once with a DropPilot access token — no repeated Google login in the extension
- Export locally to CSV/Excel, or send products into your DropPilot catalog for Shopify sync
How it works
- Install the DropPilot Chrome extension from your provided package or Chrome Web Store listing.
- Sign in to DropPilot on the web and open Extension settings to copy your access token.
- Paste the token into the extension to connect your account and devices.
- Open My Zambeel, queue products, review the scrape preview, then sync to DropPilot / Shopify.
After you are signed in, manage tokens, devices, and sync status anytime from Dashboard → Extension.
What the extension can access
The extension only needs access required to scrape product pages you choose and to talk to DropPilot APIs with your token. It is not a general-purpose page reader.
- Read product content on My Zambeel pages when you start a scrape
- Store your DropPilot access token locally in the extension for authentication
- Send scraped product payloads to DropPilot when you queue or sync
- Show scrape progress, errors, and connection status in the extension UI
Chrome Extension Terms
Last updated: July 11, 2026
1. Scope
These Extension Terms apply specifically to the DropPilot Chrome extension (“Extension”). They supplement the main DropPilot Terms of Service. If there is a conflict about extension behavior, these Extension Terms control for that topic.
2. Eligibility and account link
You must have a DropPilot customer account and a valid access token to use the Extension. You may only use a token issued to your own account. Sharing, selling, or publishing tokens is prohibited.
3. Permitted use
You may use the Extension to:
- Scrape My Zambeel product pages you are allowed to view
- Queue and preview product data before import
- Sync products into your DropPilot account for pricing and Shopify export
- Export scraped data locally for your own business workflows
4. Prohibited use
You agree not to:
- Use the Extension to scrape sites or data outside the supported Zambeel workflow
- Automate abusive high-volume scraping that disrupts My Zambeel or DropPilot
- Modify, redistribute, or reverse engineer the Extension except as allowed by law
- Bypass plan scrape/export limits or security checks via the Extension
- Use scraped data in ways that violate My Zambeel, Shopify, or applicable law
5. Accuracy and your responsibility
Scraped fields may be incomplete or change after capture. You are responsible for reviewing titles, images, variants, and prices before selling on Shopify. DropPilot does not guarantee that every Zambeel page structure will scrape perfectly.
6. Updates and availability
We may update the Extension to improve scraping, security, or compatibility. Some features may require a minimum extension version. We may suspend Extension access if your token is revoked, your plan limits are exceeded, or misuse is detected.
7. Third-party sites
My Zambeel and Chrome are third-party products. Their availability, layout changes, and policies can affect Extension behavior. Your use of those products remains under their terms.
8. Disclaimer
The Extension is provided “as is.” To the maximum extent permitted by law, DropPilot is not liable for failed scrapes, incorrect product data, account bans on third-party sites, or business losses from imported listings.
9. Contact
Extension support is available from the in-app Help Center after you sign in.
Chrome Extension Privacy Policy
Last updated: July 11, 2026
1. Overview
This Extension Privacy Policy explains what the DropPilot Chrome extension collects and how that data is used. It works together with the main DropPilot Privacy Policy.
2. Data the Extension handles
- Access token — stored locally in the extension to authenticate API calls to DropPilot
- Device metadata — browser/extension identifiers used to show connected devices and sync status in your dashboard
- Product scrape data — title, images, variants, pricing, and related fields from My Zambeel pages you choose to scrape
- Operational logs — scrape success/failure and sync events needed for troubleshooting and plan limits
3. What we do not do
- We do not sell Extension data
- We do not read your browsing history across unrelated websites
- We do not scrape pages unless you start a scrape or queue action
- We do not use the Extension to access your Google password
4. How data is used
Extension data is used to:
- Authenticate the Extension to your DropPilot account
- Import products into your catalog for pricing and Shopify sync
- Show queue progress, device connection, and sync history
- Enforce scrape limits and protect against abuse
5. Local storage
Your access token and temporary scrape queue state may be stored in Chrome extension storage on your device. Clearing extension data or revoking the token in the dashboard disconnects that device.
6. Sharing
Scraped products are sent to DropPilot servers when you sync or import. From there, data may be sent to Shopify if you export to a connected store. We do not share Extension data with advertisers.
7. Your controls
- Revoke or regenerate your access token in Dashboard → Extension
- Remove connected devices from the dashboard
- Uninstall the Extension to remove local extension storage
- Request account/data deletion through DropPilot support channels
8. Retention
Product and sync records remain in your DropPilot account according to the main Privacy Policy. Local extension storage lasts until you clear it, uninstall, or we invalidate the token.
9. Changes
We may update this Extension Privacy Policy as the product evolves. The “Last updated” date above will change when revisions are posted.
10. Contact
Privacy questions about the Extension: use Help Center after signing in, or review the full site Privacy Policy.
