Terms of Service
Last updated: July 11, 2026
1. Agreement
By accessing or using DropPilot (the “Service”), including our web dashboard and Chrome extension, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. The Service
DropPilot helps you scrape product data from My Zambeel, apply regional pricing and commission rules, sync listings to connected Shopify stores, schedule exports, and generate courier-ready order CSVs. Features and plan limits may change as we improve the product.
3. Accounts
You must sign in with a valid Google (Gmail) account. You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping access to that Google account secure. You must provide accurate store credentials and only connect Shopify stores you are authorized to manage.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for unlawful, fraudulent, or abusive activity
- Scrape, export, or sync data you do not have rights to use
- Attempt to bypass plan limits, rate limits, or security controls
- Reverse engineer, disrupt, or overload the Service
- Share API tokens, store secrets, or account access with unauthorized parties
5. Third-party platforms
DropPilot integrates with third parties such as Google, Shopify, My Zambeel, Stripe, and courier workflows. Your use of those platforms remains subject to their own terms and policies. We are not responsible for outages, policy changes, or data accuracy on third-party services.
6. Plans, billing, and exports
Free and paid plans include different daily export, scrape, and store limits. Paid plans may be billed monthly or yearly through our payment provider. Fees are generally non-refundable except where required by law. Exceeding plan limits may pause exports until the next reset or until you upgrade.
7. Your content and store data
You retain ownership of product data, store credentials, and content you provide. You grant DropPilot a limited license to process that data solely to operate the Service (for example, pricing previews, Shopify sync, schedules, and order CSV export).
8. Disclaimers
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not guarantee uninterrupted uptime, perfect pricing calculations, successful Shopify syncs, or courier acceptance of exported CSVs. You are responsible for verifying prices, inventory, and fulfillment details before selling.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, DropPilot and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages, or for losses arising from store misconfiguration, third-party failures, or your use of scraped or exported data.
10. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or misuse the Service. You may stop using DropPilot at any time. Provisions that should survive termination (including liability limits and intellectual property) will continue to apply.
11. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
