Privacy Policy
Last updated: July 11, 2026
1. Overview
This Privacy Policy explains how DropPilot collects, uses, stores, and shares information when you use our website, dashboard, and Chrome extension. By using the Service, you agree to this Policy.
2. Information we collect
We may collect:
- Account data — name, email, and profile details from Google sign-in
- Store credentials — Shopify domain, Client ID/Secret or Admin API token, country, currency, and commission settings you provide
- Product & order data — scraped Zambeel listings, pricing breakdowns, sync history, schedules, and order export records
- Usage data — feature usage, export/scrape counts, device/browser metadata, and diagnostic logs needed to operate and secure the Service
- Payment data — plan selection and payment status via our payment provider (we do not store full card numbers on DropPilot servers)
3. How we use information
We use your information to:
- Authenticate you and manage your account
- Connect stores, scrape products, calculate regional pricing, and sync to Shopify
- Run schedules, notifications, wallet/earnings views, and courier CSV exports
- Enforce plan limits and process subscriptions
- Provide support, improve reliability, and prevent abuse
4. Chrome extension
The DropPilot Chrome extension may read product pages on My Zambeel when you choose to scrape, and may send that product data to your DropPilot account using your access token. The extension is intended only for workflows you initiate.
5. Sharing
We do not sell your personal information. We may share data with service providers that help us run DropPilot (for example hosting, authentication, payments, and email), with Shopify when you sync or pull orders, and when required by law or to protect the Service and our users.
6. Retention
We retain account, store, product, and billing records for as long as your account is active and as needed for legitimate business, legal, and security purposes. You may request deletion of account data subject to legal retention requirements.
7. Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect credentials and product data. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
8. International processing
DropPilot may process data in regions where we or our providers operate. If you use the Service from another country, you understand your information may be transferred and processed outside your home jurisdiction.
9. Your choices
You can update store settings in the dashboard, disconnect stores, revoke extension access tokens, and sign out of Google. For access or deletion requests, contact us through the Help Center after signing in.
10. Children
DropPilot is not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
11. Changes
We may update this Privacy Policy periodically. We will revise the “Last updated” date above when changes are posted. Continued use of the Service means you accept the updated Policy.
