Refund Policy

1. Overview
DropPilot is a product of MKSOL TECH PRIVATE LIMITED. When you purchase a paid plan, you are paying DropPilot. Payments are processed securely through Google Pay, our payment provider.
2. No refunds after purchase
All paid subscription payments are final and non-refundable after the 14-day refund window from the transaction date. We do not issue refunds for unused time, plan downgrades, cancellations, or dissatisfaction with the Service.
3. 14-day refund window
You may submit a refund request within 14 days of your purchase date. Requests submitted after 14 days will not be accepted, except where required by applicable law.
4. Subscriptions
Paid plans renew automatically unless you cancel before the renewal date. Cancelling stops future charges but does not entitle you to a refund for the current billing period.
